The polling stations in Saligramam were being prepared on April 23, 2014.
At 8 a. m., when we went around this area it was easy to identify the booths as there were various posters outside them.
The polling station at General Cariappa Higher Secondary School was almost ready in the morning. The make shift barricades had been put up and the desks have been set up.
The only thing left to do was to set up the voting machine.
