May Day was celebrated by the auto drivers of the Sivan Park auto stand in K. K. Nagar.
The CITU flag was hoisted and sweets were distributed to the public in the morning on May 1.
Later, buttermilk was distributed to the public.
Kuppusamy, a auto driver at the stand said, "We have been following this form of celebration for May Day for the past four years."
