The auto drivers in Mandavellipakkam celebrated May Day by decorating the auto stand with CITU flags, (Center of Indian Trade Unions), a socialist organization of trade unions.
The auto drivers in Musiri Subramani Road, opposite St. Isabel's hospital, gave buttermilk to all passerby as a gesture to mark May Day.
